Moved to Social Sector around 4 years ago, with a firm belief that skills acquired during my long career can be utilised for making a difference, in a systematic and focused manner. Currently leading Womanity Foundation in India, post a 2.5 year stint with Dasra.
Over the year's, had a progressively responsible Management & Technology consulting career. During my consulting career, conceptualised business solutions and successfully implemented large complex business and technology transformation programs, with global consulting firms. Worked with clients from across Europe, US and India. Significant experience of setting up, leading and mentoring multi-cultural teams.
I have functional HR experience with a global MNC, with added responsibility of leading a huge HR integration project, post acquisition.
